Top conference centre with over 150 rooms and set in magnificent surroundings in Hertfordshire requires a Deputy Room Services Manager to act as a number two in charge of the housekeeping and room services departments. You should have high service standards and previous housekeeping and room services experience, preferably within 4 star hotels. Duties will include organisation of staff, appraisals, recruitment and spot checks on the rooms to ensure high standards.
